Suya Burgers

Inspired by Sweet Heat by Bolu Babalola, this suya burger is our playful twist on the traditional suya from Kiki’s world: a suya spiced beef patty on toasted brioche with lettuce, tomato, and white onion, finished with a sweet and spicy honey suya mayo.
